In addition to providing resources to businesses, the RLACC operates the Leadership Benton County program. Open to anybody who is 25 or over and living or working in Benton County, the program provides training relating to specific challenges facing business leaders in the county. Over the course of 12 sessions, participants learn to identify and motivate those who show potential for leadership and develop an understanding of community requirements.

Operated with the support of the Mercy Health System of Northwest Arkansas and Arvest Bank, the program’s sessions take place monthly between August and May of each year. The program’s tuition fee covers all materials, sessions, and speaking engagements, in addition to various tours and field trips.
