Real estate developer and entrepreneur Bill Schwyhart is the founder and owner of the Pinnacle Hills Group, the company responsible for the development of the popular Pinnacle Hills Promenade in Rogers, Arkansas. In addition to his work in real estate, Bill Schwyhart is the former owner and operator of Marshfield Chrysler Dodge, where he received direct counsel from industry giant Lee Iacocca.

Iacocca is known for his deft work in helping the Chrysler Corporation avoid bankruptcy and attain record-breaking profit levels during the late 1970s and early 1980s. Iacocca has worked with two of the Detroit “Big Three”, a term referring to the three largest automakers in Canada and the United States: Ford Motors, Fiat Chrysler, and General Motors. Iacocca helped navigate the American auto industry through a turbulent era which saw American car-manufacturing supremacy toppled by foreign companies.

In recent years, though, the Big Three have led a resurgence in the American car industry. Though, like many companies, the Big Three struggled in the wake of America’s recent recession, a report released in 2015 indicated that these auto giants alone can claim responsibility for 3 percent of the US economy. The Big Three have also seen a significant rise in sales between the years of 2010 and 2015, contributing to a healthier manufacturing presence for America in the global market.
